hi I'm new - anybody else feel social fear in chat rooms?

I've never written on a Forum before. Hope I'm in the right place. Feel like I'm standing in front of a class naked which just happens to contain the whole world!

I don't know the rules here...aargh!

Anyway, I am a selfdiagnosed Aspie. People who don't know me intimately say "oh rubbish" when I say I think I might be Aspie, but that's because I'm a very quick learner and good actor! I go home and collapse.

Well, I'm a 48 year old woman, married to a man with two sons 6 and 9. I'm a lesbian (recently discovered) and probably transgender as well(also recently discovered). What a list to come out with to people you don't know!

I love creating - music concentrated on that for many years. Piano growing up, then singing for 10 years in my 30s. Now I'm studying art and design which I'm loving. I write poetry as well.

Haven't held down a job for many years, but the kids give me an excuse now

I think I'll leave it at that for the moment. Hope I haven't overstepped the bounds, or spoken of the wrong thing in the wrong place.

Welcome to Wrong Planet! Wow! It does sound like you have been having an "interesting" time lately. Look at it this way - it keeps things from getting too dull, right?

Yeah, my husband says he never quite knows what he will come home to. But he also says he would be bored with anyone else.

Sometimes a little boredom would be nice! I don't seem to be very good at that

But I'm with you, a little madness certainly adds some spice to life! Who wants to be beige.
