Hello, I'm Shaleen. I've just turned 19, and I'm starting to seriously consider that I have AS.
I posted a brief few paragraphs about physical/mental/emotional problems I've been having for the last 2 years (The mental/emotional ones have been around as long as I can remember) on a health forum, to see if someone out there had a clue as to what my problems are. Someone answered and gave me 2 diagnosis: Fibromyalgia & Asperger's Syndrome. The poster told me they had AS themselves, and gave me the link to this site.
I looked around a bit before writing this first message and have been researching over the last couple of days.
Peoples posts and articles, particularly the one with the list for a typical AS female, helped me make up my mind. I showed that list to my partner and my family and they all agree that I must have it!
Look forward to posting in the other topics
