Um, hi, I'm new to this forum since I joined after only hearing briefly about it, I'm very nervous for a lot of reasons that I won't go into, since it would take a lot of books to describe myself, I guess. But I guess I showed up on this forum because I got tired of my own thoughts as company and nobody around me being able to get what I say, as well as some stuff on perspective, but I won't go into it. That's gonna be all I have to say for now.

I joined in October and today was the first time I ever posted and it makes me nervous as h#ll, not to mention I'm now obsessing and need to go to sleep. So, I'm glad I read your post and I think I can try to go to bed now. Please keep posting and try not to worry about the nervousness. I've only read a couple dozen posts and it seems you (we) are in good company. I need support and right now, this seems to be my best option so I'll give it a go.

I hope this site eases some of the anxiety and offers you relief.
