Suddenly here. I'm down in Devon, UK - will do for now but oh the country. I do not like. Circumstances dictate and it's the right thing to do, but I am so urban at core.

Spent near 30 years abroad, so coming to my native UK is... well, an experience. It's my first long stay in an English speaking country and far too complicated - socially over-rich and my coping has collapsed over the last 6 months. I'm now looking for ways to chunk down the social and cope with that - hopefully get work too.

Diagnosed about 6 years ago. Very good to know. Couldn't have survived back here without a diagnosis.

But I'm still in awe at life and where the AS community is at.

I real hope to get along with everybody here. Love is all :-)

Ps - where in Devon? Title says it. And any members from these parts would be very happy to get together. I'm in Okehampton.

Welcome to WP!

I live in rural Texas for the time being, but I really miss city life.

Oh man, I spent 3 weeks in Houston training some years ago. Got to travel the back roads somewhat.

Loved Houston. Loved the backroads.

How long are you there for?
