I had a hard time registering, it kept telling me I typed the code wrong. I'm glad I got in.
I'm a full time stay at home mom, artist, and wife. I've been married for 25 years, and have 2 sons, ages 9 and 16. I often get lonely being home a lot, especially now that my kids are older and don't need me as much. I paint in oils, pastels, acrylics, and sometimes colored pencils. I also draw in ink, graphite, and sometimes charcoal. I have an art studio in a a very old building in the downtown area of my city. I'm lucky in that I'm in the midwest, and rents here are very affordable!
I've also suffered from depression for the majority of my adult life due to lots of abuse and being misunderstood and isolated. My goal is to overcome my depression, and be happy. I'm currently in therapy for this, and also go to a support group.
I already wrote my first blog on here. 
It's a good thing that when I mouse over the emoticons, it tells me what the emotion is.
