Alright there.

I hope you forgive my bad grammar and colloquialisms.

I'm an aspie, originally from the north of England. Initially diagnosed as schizophrenic until I found out about Aspergers and gave the mental health authorities in the southwest a nod in the right direction. I am now classed as having atypical Aspergers disorder since January this year.

Previously I shielded myself from the outside world with the help of computer games. Now i'm trying to learn social skills through chatting to as many people as I can in pubs and clubs. It's not easy, very tiring. But I'm determined to learn what I can, now I know what my problems are.

Anyway, that's enough from me, I hope to make the occasional useful contribution on these forums.
