Hi folks,
this may seem a really strange post, considering I've only just recently joined this website, but I'm trying to find any information on the effects of cannabis on Aspergers Syndrome.

The few extracts I've found through Google don't really give much information.

If there is anyone who has any information or who can point me in the right direction in where to look I would be most grateful,

Faithfully yours

The poet, Allen Ginsberg, made the observation that cannabis intensifies and amplifies moods, color appetite, etc. Thus, it stands to reason that certain Asperger characteristics could also become more pronounced under its influence. The introspection you may gain, while high, might prove beneficial in one's self-assesment of Asperger traits and how to deal with them. Think of it as a way to put ASD's under the microscope of self examination bringing them into better focus. Because the effects of cannabis can be different depending on the users mood, environment and so on, the results can be unpredictable, though.
