Hi,
I am new to this site, and glad I found it.
I have undiagnosed Aspergers, and am 49 years old, live in Wales with my cats and husband (not necessarily in that order 
I love crafting and painting, this is something I have started in the past couple of years and is now the most important thing in my life (apart from my cats and husband 
)
I had a hard time as a kid and realise now that it was because I had Aspergers, my mother used to give me hell because she thought I was anti-social - I used to turn my back on people, literally. I am now giving myself a gentle time to make up for this.
I hope to get to know you here, and join in when I feel able.

I love my cats too, sometimes everyone else seems to come second place.

Thanks everyone, for such a warm welcome. I must say that this is a very friendly site.
Cats, well, they have always been a bit of an obsession! I collect cat pictures and pottery cats too, so our home is a bit like a temple to the cat goddess 
We have two of the little critters, both black and white, both wandered in as strays and stuck around because they were treated with kindness. They now completely rule the roost of course.
