Hi I'm new here but not new to aspergers and certain autism symptoms. I've never been diagnosed with aspergers officially but only because I'm able to act normal when I'm in front my doctor since I can talk and act normal when only few people are around or at least people that I know and trust.

I always knew there was something different about me that I didn't see in other people especially when in social situations and while my parents said it was normal I don't think they know what really happens when I'm in social situations that don't involve them.

Anyways I've been reading these forums and feel identified with some of the comments posted here and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that is in this situation.

I can't say welcome because I'm newer than you are.

I'm guessing you're a lot younger than I am... I've been living with this for decades and knew I was "different" but not what to call it. I was too busy with my marriage (to someone I suspect had Asperger's too; maybe we attract each other) and children until lately and I've felt myself getting more and more into my weird side. So I know what you mean about seeming normal to other people.
