Hey all,
Been lurking here for a while now and figured I'd go ahead and register. I'm a young-ish adult who's never been formally diagnosed, but I strongly suspect I've got an ASD; I identify with the DSM-IV critera for AS more than anything else, I fall well in to the AS-ranges on all the tests from that thread in the general forum, and (without going into a multiple-page life story) there are quite a few other "clues" from my past. Given my apprehension to get a formal diagnosis (for both personal and professional reasons) and my tendency to be very specific with my choice of words, it's unlikely I'll ever say anything more definitive than I "identify with" or "suspect I have" AS/ASD. It's been interesting (and occasionally difficult) coming to terms with the implications, but it's comforting to know that this resource exists.
