...and so I'm trying to learn. I just started working more with young people with AS; I'm interested in meditation and would like to ask some questions about this to the community if people are okay with that. What forum would be best to post that in? (New to online communities too)

Hi there! Welcome to WP! I hope you find your time here enjoyable and enlightening.

If your questions specifically pertain to the autism spectrum, the General Autism Discussion board would probably be a good place to start. Otherwise, I suppose the Random Discussion board would probably work.

If you wish to learn about meditation as experienced by those on the spectrum you might post here:
General Autism Discussion
Talk about anything that has at least something to do with Autism, Asperger's, ADHD, and life. Other unrelated discussion belongs in the Random Discussion forum.

Or as the subheading suggests; do it in the Random Discussion forum.

All the new posts appear in the sidebar of the home page, so folks will see your topic heading and read from there as well. But, yes as you surmised, you will need to select a forum in which to post your original topics/posts.
