Hello everyone,
saludos desde Peru! I am new here too. I was diagnosed recently and don´t know too much about Asperger, I´m still exploring. My age is 33. I´m female and currently live in Peru, where I used to work for an International Organization. I decided to quit my job end of september this year because I couldn´t handle the social situations and office environment anymore. I started working as an independent fashion designer and am I´m in the process of creating my own brand right now. I will study fashion design from april 2012 on 
. My economic/financial situation is quite difficult at present, but I´m glad I took the decision to quit my job in the office. I feel more in the right place now and I´m able to work on my own . The people who surround me don´t know I have Asperger and nobody could tell, I hear frequently that I´m weird/crazy though. I love animals very much, and have two dogs and a rabbit. I like languages and besides my native language which is German, speak English, French, Spanish and Russian. I particularly like Russian (actually I love everything about Russia). In the future, with more time, I would love to learn Japanese as I find the Japanese culture and history very interesting.
So, hey, I would be glad to get to know more people here and learn more about this condition!
