What do you do about stalkers?

It's such a nuisance switching emails or account names. How do you get rid of stalkers who constantly harass you and bring you into there fantasy?

even if you ask nicely they don't leave you alone, and you can't even ignore them because they live in some stalker fantasy world.

I just wanted to come on wrong planet to talk to people who were diagnosed, not get harassed by sociopaths, NT's and delusional misdemeanors.

I just want all the f****d up people to leave me alone. it's friggen 2012, grow up and find a hobby that's not other people.

And my definition of f****d up is the people who just want to rain on everyone elses parade and do something all dramatic and blow it out of proportion just so the stalker can have a s**t tonne of attention.

Being weird is more than okay, but as soon as your f****d up, leave me alone!! !! !! !! !! !! !! I'm so sick of being apart of people's social fantasies and dramatic emotional adventures. Wrong planet isn't jersey shore, GET THE f**k OUT

I agree. I've been stalked by people IRL who want to destroy me socially. I've been stalked by people on facebook. I call these people sociopaths. They're like leeches or vampires who spread lies about their victims and start a kind of mass-gang stalking and avalanche of gossip on trying to destroy the person. They spin webs in order to destroy the scapegoat. The scapegoat is villified. The scapegoat is often unfortunately, a person with autism or mental illness.
Note to these stalkers: Your self-righteousness is not justified. You are a hypocrite. You are a snoop. Look at the own log in your eye, instead of focusing on your neighbor's twig.
There is no excuse for even needing to deal with these people. I delete them from facebook. I confront them IRL. I report them to the office. If they keep at it I report them to the police.
I'm over stalkers!! ! Leave me alone!!

How about ignoring them?

There is no need to change email addresses or switch accounts. There is no law that says you have to read any contact from any person. Just create a folder called "Stalkers". Then go into the filter function and create a filter that will automatically move any contacts from the stalker into the "Stalkers" folder. There is another alternative, that is to use the blocker function, but the filter function is better. It keeps a record of the bad persons contacts with you, in case they break the law in relation to you. This way you can show their contacts to the authorities. This paper trail is important, as it will serve as legal ammo against the stalker.

If they are hassling you with calls, you can, and should, block their number from your cell phone. You are not required to answer any call you don't want to receive. I have an answering machine on my land line home phone to screen calls, you should, too. I will be upgrading my very old Tracfone soon, and will block numbers I don't want to take calls from.

If the stalker is pestering you with mail, save the mail to show to the authorities. If they are physically stalking you--that is, showing up at you home, work, etc. take a pix if you can, and show the authorities. You may need to get a restraining order. If they are bad mouthing you with lies of any kind, any where, including on the I-net, you can file charges against them. I forget whether it is slander, libel, or defamation of character. Sometimes the only way to stop them is to sick the police and lawyers after them.

These people have worse mental problems than we do--they are sociopaths!

Good luck, and remember, we on the spectrum are all:

A Different Drummer

If a man does not keep pace with his companions,
Perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer.
Let him step to the music which he hears,
However measured or far away.

I had someone harassing me by phone for a while, up to 20 times a day. I stopped it with a safety whistle.
They were stubborn, I had to use it 3 times before they got the message that to call me on the phone meant pain.
