I've heard that many aspies have a particular area of interest that we are highly knowledgeable in and sometimes, obsessed with. They might seem oddly specific to some people, or odd altogether. Nevertheless, I know I have a few, what are yours? I'll start.

Science - I have a huge passion for the three big fields of science (biology, chemistry, physics). Physics and astrophysics is my study hobby. Whereas molecular biology and chemistry are my primary areas of study, I hope to apply them to a career in pharmacy or pharmacology.

Statistics and Probability - I always like to dabble with these two mathematical fields, I don't know what most people should find particularly fascinating about them, I just like them.

Military - I'm currently an air cadet (since I'm 16), I practice with rifles, drill, and I'm first aid certified. I love the structured feel and want to travel and serve my country. Hope to join the Canadian reserves next year, and possibly become a full time pharmacy officer after university.

I'm into rock climbing. It's totally immersive, and allows me to slow my mind down. It also provides pretty much my only means for socializing; I can't do the small talk thing, but can talk about routes all day long.

My earliest hobby was video games. I have played over 200 games to completion and I can pretty mush beat any game that has ever been made.
Right now I am very into programming. I have been doing it for 6 months, and I have taught myself what typical people take 4 years to teach themselves.
I have also always been into history, and I have many theories about the evolution of man kind through my studies of history.
I am also very much into everything music.

Books--figuring out how the world got to where it is right now. I'm also a nature lover and like to take long walks on my ranch.

Since I'm a librarian, I'm lucky to be able to make my interests into something lucrative enough to support myself.

I like to dabble in pneumatics (I can throw together a semi lunar valve multi cannister air cannon complete with regulator that you wouldn't believe!) I'm a furry which is its own hobby (I do literature, don't have the aptitude for art)
and I collect hats. I really like hats.
