Yeah. Its a lot better up here. I am more accepted than in the south. I think people up here have a been acceptance of people. Well that has been my experience thus far. you don't run into the 'does your face fit' that I did in the south.

I had a team In swindon that I bought up from scratch and they were very very supportive of my Management style. Which is direct but they know exactly where they stood all the time with me. And we worked really well together. I am hoping to achieve the same with the team I have here. Its just a bit bigger! (27 instead of 10!!)
