I'm surprised no one's ever done this before(if you have in another area, sorry!) but what's your obsession? Tell us! Halloo your obsession(s) to the reverberate hills!!

Mine is only viewable in timeline format.

Egyptian Mythology-Greek Mythology(Athena especially)
ll
Dollmaking/crocheting
ll
Shakespeare's plays, Paradise Lost
ll
His Dark Materials, Redwall, The Dark is Rising
ll
Rock Music
ll
The Sims 2
ll
And my present obsession: mental disorders! I diagnose everyone I meet, and people are constantly telling me to stop talking about Ataxia or something because it's not 'politically correct'

My biggest obsession is car engine sizes, but only if you're thinking of buying a car. If I'm talking to someone and they're telling me about a car they're looking at, I'll interrupt them to ask what size engine it has. My day is ruined if they can't tell me. I then have to research that particular type of car to see what it normally has.

Another one I have off and on is Autopsies and skeletons.

Explosives, history (particulary about the French revolution, WWI/I, Nordic history, Roman and Greek history and early American history), maps (especially old ones), German language and culture, philosophy (Plato, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, Wittgenstein), cars (more theoretically than practically, except for driving them), weapons (almost total theoretically due to our harsh gun laws), classical music, nature (simply walking through the forrest and enjoying the trees and animals), Asperger's.

I have been obsessed with various animals, starting with Hedgehogs, and most recently and persistently, Parrots.

My other obsessions include:

Half-life/Half-life 2 (The computer games)

Mythical animals (Unicorns, dragons, ect)

My best friend in Germany. :D

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, especially the character Davy Jones (I have a poster of him and three models - I love cephalopods)

Johnny the Homicidal Maniac (The comic, but really just Nny himself)

The Waterhouse building in South Kensington (Otherwise known as The Natural History Museum)

Dinotopia (The first two illustrated books)

That is about it, I think. :)
