Hello all,
I'm totally new to this forum, so I guess I'll introduce myself.
My name's Jimmy. I've recently been diagnosed with Asperger's, which did not really come as a surprise to me (my parents have suspected it since I was just a little kid). I struggle with a lot of social anxiety/social phobia.
I also have a learning disability, which does not have an official label, but I don't feel like I need one at this point in my life (I mean, I know the areas in which I struggle academically).

I am also a college student with a major in psychology and a double minor is biology and sociology. I find people interesting, albeit a little weird. I also really like deep-sea fish.

So, yeah, hi.

if you're like me, your interest in people will evntually lead you to compensate for some of your asperger's social difficulties.

Welcome to the WrongPlanet. I like your avatar. I don't deep sea fish, but I do have some deep sea fishing reels. My largest one is a Penn Senator 16/0 trolling reel---just like the one used by Captain Quint in Jaws.
