hello from a new site member and fellow Aspie I'm from the Sacramento/Roseville, California area. I struggled through school etc most of my life not really knowing why. Then I was recently(late) diagnosed about 3 years ago(2009) by a psychologist in the area with having Aspergers. I also have anxiety and agoraphobia. Of which I've gone through quite a rough patch of late, particularly with the anxiety component. Now seeing a therapist in the area which I really like who's been helping me greatly . I just hope my parents can afford to continue sending me to her. Also trying to get on SSI to help with my expenses. Something I hear is not easy for those with Aspergers.

anyways that's my little intro. Looking forward to contributing to the site

The agoraphobia coupled with anxiety is no fun, I agree! I'm glad your therapist is helping though! I'm. In the Wine Country area myself and yeah, if there's a rout to go to get ssi, I would also love to know. At some point forcing your way among the masses becomes too much!
