Hello I am a last-year graduate of high school. I am a diagnosed Aspie (official). My special interests are broadcasting, physical appearances, music and sports. I also ask plenty of questions. I feel like autism for the higher-functioning part is under or misrepresented by the media. They all tell them that we are seriously diseased or something. Lately I mentioned I enjoy sports so who here believes I can do sports after high school? :) I am especially intrigued by bodybuilding, swimming and camping.

Hi! My husband is a 43 years-old Aspie and he just started exercising a couple of months ago, after years and years of doing nothing. He practiced yoga when in highschool, but thats it. Its being hard for him because he is totally out of shape, but it is not ipossible. Swimming should be pretty easy. I have never gone camping. But about bodybuilding I would recommend you going to a gym, if possible, and get an instructor so you do not harm yourself.

Hello.

I go camping whenever I get the chance, because I love it so much. Swimming is great as well. :)

I have never tried body building, but I got most of my strength from playing union style rugby. There are plenty of colleges that count that as physical education as far as I'm aware, and they even have two professional teams in the US (for men and women).

You should check the fitness/sports forum. That might be the place for you. :)
