Hi:) I only noticed this forum of getting to know eachother today after using this site for a month! I feel very lonely, especially now over the summer when I don't have to go to school every day and see people. I'm looking for people to chat with online so please private message me! I feel that my current friends don't understand me and I am always worried that they they think I am weird:/ I am a 16 year old girl and I am happy to talk to people of all ages and locations!

I feel loney too sometimes. :cry: this website helps. I belong and cofounded a support group for people with asperger's. I think these groups are a great way to meet like minded people.

I feel lonely a lot even though I'm surrounded by a number of people usually

I know how you feel; it can be lonely being the only aspie in your group of friends, especially when none of your friends know you're an aspie, or even what AS is. I was very excited recently to make my very first real-life aspie acquaintance; it's nice to know there are people out there who understand you. Feel free to message me if you wish, fellow posters.
