Hello! I was a member of WP years ago, but have forgotten my log-in details and the email I used to sign up. Plus I'm in a much better headspace now than I was then, so it makes sense to just start over again... :)

I'm based in country NSW and am in my 30s, diagnosed in my mid-20s.
