Hey everyone!

I have just joined this great forum and wanted to say hello to the other members!

In regards to myself, I am very certain that I have some kind of Asperger's/high functioning autism (I'm not sure if this to place to describe it in detail). I haven't been diagnosed, but from my own research, I am certain of this. (I have often wondered where it comes from, in relation to family history, though I can easily elements of it from both sides of my family.) I will be a college freshman this fall. I'm really looking forward to the educational side of this, but I am nervous about the social aspects of it.

As far as interests go, I have a great passion for books and writing - along with history, philosophy, and a few other similar fields. I also love listening to music - which I tie into loving another art form (i.e. literature and writing). (Some people find this passion a bit odd, as I cannot play an instrument.)

Well, I'm not sure what else one puts in an introduction, but if anyone wants to know more about me, feel free to ask! And I look forward to meeting others on this forum as well!

Hello there, welcome to Wrongplanet.net.
Apparently this is the standard procedure for people who joined, so there, I did it!

Anyway, I find it nice that you like books and writings, as I aspire to become a writer myself and make a living selling books and doing other projects. Who knows, maybe you could one day read a book of mine.

So yes, hopefully I get to hear more from you soon.

Welcome to Wrong Planet! I'm new too, but everyone seems very nice!

I also love music but can't play an instrument. I taught myself dragon runes and HTML, but I can't for the life of me understand music theory.
