Welcome to the forums.

I'm also 27 years old, and like yourself I can't afford an official test for Aspergers.

Interesting theory about language acting like a virus. I've always seen the rise of "texting" and "text speak" as something that might ruin the ability of future generations to have a proper grasp of the English language.
