Hello there. My name is Jessica. I'm seventeen, I will be eighteen in two and a half weeks. I am undiagnosed, but it's pretty obvious I'm an aspie. If you met in person you would understand. Anyway, as I have been having quite the large amount of problems with one side of my family understanding my issues, I decided to come on here and talk to people who have similar problems and hopefully I can find some people with common interests on here.

With your family, what if you give some time and space to the one side of your family you're having problems with. Not abandoning them, but just kind of graciously backing off a little, and then spending more time with the other side?
