Hello !

I was diagnosed a few years ago. I'm 23 years old.

I discovered this forum more than one year ago. I wanted to join you but I never took the time to do so.
Now I'm trying to join you but maybe it's not the best moment because I feel very very bad those days.

I hope I'll discover a great community.

Well, I'm "simply" falling into another depression. For the 4th time in aprox. 5 years.
I might be sent into an hospital this time, it's harder and harder to live, it took me a lot of energy to manage to go on my computer today.
My situation is complicated because I'm a student and I have some really hard work to do, else I'll fail.
But I can't manage to work with such problems...

I'm not sure it's the good topic to talk about this though.

Well the way I was taught on depression is to find out whether its "chronic" as in no obvious triggers or its "situational" As you mention a heavy school load would hazard a guess at least some of the problem is related to that situation. The cure for it all is to put on the garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness. The spirit of heaviness being the depression of course and the garment of praise is active praise offered to God. Active meaning pull the shades..put on some comfy clothes and tune in some good praise music on the music maker machine and go dancing around the room offering praise to God. Dont ask Him for anything just tell Him how much you love Him and appreciate what He has given you. Depression cannot survive that environment. Try it and report back. I have never seen it fail.
