I am new here. At 57 yo I was finally diagnosed after years of going to shrinks and therapists. It was like a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders. I knew something was off since I was very very young and have spent my life struggling and trying to cope with a world that I did not understand and that really did not understand me. This is my first step and I hope to make some friends and learn and enjoy and embrace what my life is. I have learned that there are some plus sides. I welcome any contact and I am so, so happy to be here.
