Hey guys. My name is Mike. I'm 23 years old and live in Florida. I was diagnosed with having asperger syndrome a couple of years ago, though i only have it marginally. It's a shame that AS wasn't heard of when i was in elementary or middle school. They all just thought i had ADD. Indeed, i may have ADD but that didn't explain what was "wrong with me". It was only more recently that my mother (who's a counsilor) suggested to me that i may have asperger syndrome. She gave me the book written by Tony Atwood to read. After reading it, I was amazed to see how similar i was to the traits described. I also immediately also realized that certain people i knew had AS as well. Anyway, im glad to be here with other space cadets like myself.
