I'm not that great at recognizing my emotions, but one I know pretty well is anxiety.

Hmmmm...

Errr..

Hmmmmnn....

Well, I feel them, I just don't label them that often. Happiness, excitement, anxiety, astonishment/confusion (is that an emotion?), sadness, anger, disgust, amusement.... Love.

And many times, numbness.

Anyway, it's a short list, but it's what tumbled off the top of my head first thing.

It's quite hard to seperate one from another and give them names.

When I am feeling strong emotion my brain won't work to describe it.

When I am not I tend to have forgotten how I felt previously.

For me, I'd have to say that my strongest emotions are a deep feeling of alienation and a constant sense of yearning. The combination of these base emotions often leads to a lingering feeling of depression, as well.
