Do you think I've got Aspergers?

Hi, I'm a 19 year old male who suspects he has Aspergers, and I was wondering if anyone could suggest if it was likely. I have always got high scores on the AQ test and it would explain a lot in my life. I asked someone who I was seeing for OCD once about whether I had Aspergers and I think that she said autism was a spectrum with some people on the higher ends of it which then blends into neurotypicality, but I may have recalled this incorrectly.

Anyway, some reasons why I might think I have it.
-I have had real trouble making friendships, and maintaining them probably because I'm poor at social cues and appropriateness. My mum often has to tell me to say hello to people or other social gestures which I miss
-I have had little success with girls, for the above reasons
-I have obsessive interests, or generally get obsessed and fixated on things, and have rigid views in general
-Tendency to take things personally, literally and seriously
-I've always been very good with complicated words etc, not sure if this is hyperlexia
-Hating change, and liking familiarity and routine
-Not sure if I have sensory problems, but I get annoyed with small noises like beeping from washing machines, which sometimes wake me up so I have to switch them off. I also get annoyed by the sound of eating. I can't drive for too long because I get really mentally tired

It can be a range of diagnosis in fact and it is impossible to say without a professional examination. First one need to examine if your 'symptoms' are of such a nature that they really are abnormal. If abnormal one have to examine if the 'symptoms' are of a congenital nature or not. If congenital then it may be an autism spectrum diagnosis.

Aspergers is certainly a possibility, though it is very hard to interpret a self diagnosis, In my case, it is quite obvious--everyone who knows someone with Aspergers immediately recognizes that I'm on the spectrum, particularly when they visit my hobby room or the gardens in our yard... Very hard to argue with the evidence...
If you do have Aspergers, you may able to find hone special talents--not only am I gifted in math--but I'm also a very good Scrabble player, as I can remember word that I've seen somewhere...
