hey,

I'm new here and my first time joining a community like this, my name is Gavin and i'm 26.

I was diagnosed with aspergers around the age 10.

I have always struggled socially all my life never really making any friends and people i got to know became very distant with them after a short time (probably due to my difficultly to relate to them)

I have never really tried to deal with my AS and just put it to the back of my mind hoping it would just go away but recently I feel this has not helped matters and have found myself increasingly isolated from society.

I look forward joining this forum to help me get a better insight into AS and try to improve myself for the better.
