Hi.

My name is John and I'm an Aspie. At least I think I am. I just sorta figured this out about myself a few weeks ago while trying to understand my daughter's behavior issues and concluding that she is likely an Aspie. Autism runs in my family but I never attributed it to my own issues largely because as a child I had a severe stutter, so naturally I assumed my reclusive behavior was because of that and nothing more. The more I read about Asperger's the more I see parallels to my own issues and life. I'm happy now to have a connection with a group of other like-minded individuals.
