Hi, I'm new.

Hello,

I'll keep this introduction short and simple. I am almost eighteen, and just in the past year got my Asperger Syndrome diagnosis. I also have OCD and generalized anxiety disorder, and in the past I struggled with major depressive disorder. I received my diagnosis when I started seeing a new therapist who started the process of the diagnosis with my psychiatrist.

Since then, I've been working a lot in therapy on things that I have struggled for so long with, and also I'm working on school accommodations. I'm very intelligent and academically strong, but actually being in school is very, very hard. I'm sure there are others who get that.

I'm happy to have heard about this site and obviously, to have joined =D. A school therapist recommended it, and I thought it sounded pretty neat.
