Hi, guys – I'm a 29-year-old swf and literally just got diagnosed as being on the Asperger's continuum. Excuse me if I say I've been lurking a bit before posting but the relief of finding other people like me has just been immense. I'm not the only tactile defensive person in the world! Hooray! :D

I think knowing that I'm validly "differently brained", and not just a failure at being "normal", has probably already changed my life.

Don't suppose anybody knows of any communities or support groups in South Africa (I live in Johannesburg)?
