Hello you all.
I am an adult somewhere I hope will show to be the beginning of the - I expect, very long - process towards assessment for ASDs. I am in the UK. I have been here (WP) quite some time, unregistered, and have always been relatively comfortable reading the forums, as there is something different about WP. Something unpleasant that I can't really define, but shows through whenever people even type to eachother online, is generally missing here. It's a real comfort.
Whether or not I end up categorised, or however I end up categorised, one way or another I have a serious and pervasive social deficit and various difficulties - and this place is a support. So thank you. I hope you are all ok.
