Hi everyone, I'm Elanor. (It's pronounced just like "Eleanor." My parents were hippies who loved Lord of the Rings...) I am new to the site. Unlike many probably are, I haven't been a "lurker" here, so I don't know much about what goes on here, other than people talk to each other who might be autistic. So please go easy on me, haha.

Um, about me. I've talked with my psychiatrist about maybe having Asperger's and she thinks I probably do, but I haven't been tested so haven't been diagnosed. I live in the US, I like punk/hardcore music, my cat is my baby, I like reading and creative writing and playing my guitar. I'm signing up here because I don't know very many people and I'm just looking for some company from people who maybe think more like I do than the average person I meet :) Cheers!

Sounds like you have good music tastes. I hope you enjoy your time here and get a diagnosis if that's what you want :)

I like that there are people on here that like cats. I always figured I was weird for having a cat.

Welcome, Elanor! I'm new too and also not-yet-diagnosed, but there are plenty of people here in the same boat as we are.
Glad to see other people who like cats and creative writing!
