Do you know how many times I started to type an introduction post here?

Neither do I, but it was quite a few.

I'm in my 30s and with the help of family and friends basically self-diagnosed with Asperger's about 2 years ago. It does explain so much about my past experiences. There are still times when I read various blogs/books about Asperger's and I find myself crying because I can relate. I also go through phases of being angry that I spent so many years not knowing.... Perhaps my suicide attempts could have been prevented had I known.

Anyway, this isn't the time to go down that road. I've lurked around the site for awhile and figured it was time to say hello.
