I am new here, just trying to get answers. I have struggled with social anxiety, panic attacks and OCD for a long time and only recently read the symptoms for Asperger's and found an explanation for my "problems." I am happy to be on here and I hope I can find some people like me who have not yet been diagnosed. My family is not in favor of me pursuing a diagnosis, but I feel I need one if I ever want to be at peace with who I am.

hiya, I have experiences of high anxiety and panic attacks, it wasn't until I discovered more about aspergers that I realized I was reacting to social and environmental stimulus that I didn't understand. learning more about my diagnosis has helped me contextualise my anxiety and make sense of my life. welcome I think you will find a lot of like minded folk here
