I hate intro's, but...

Hey, my names Kasey. I had the ol' AS label slapped on me about 6 years ago but never admitted it to myself until just recently after reading some of the content on this website and talking to other Aspies over on one of the forums on MySpace. Some of my general interests are, above all, HEAVY METAL, videogames, and playing my guitar and bass. I used to be so good at these introductions but it seems that the older I get, the more I get the feeling of deja vu and think "haven't I already written this crap an upteen million times before?". But anyways...I'm not able to get online a whole lot, but I will try to post in these forums more often and try to learn more about Aspergers so that I can better understand myself and, ultimately, be happy with the way I am. Oh and, might I add, my brother is also Autistic. But he he's more on the lower end of that, unfortunately. I used to work with those who had Autism as well. Personally, I think maybe thats a field I should stay considering I got along great with those with Autism and was able to understand them better then NT's. But thats just my humble opinion...

But yeah, just thought I should throw that little tidbit of information out there. Cheers
