As the title implies, I stumbled onto this site while doing a bit out research for a story that I'm writing.

Anyway, I'm claireviolet and yes, I have Asperger's. I'm just venturing into my 30s with the intent of settling down. But before I can do that, I want to understand Asperger's first and why I have it.

I guess this is the place that I was looking for, since there are others who have Asperger's and are in search for understanding and respect. Looks like I'm here to stay.
