Hey guys! I found this site a few days ago, thought I might join and get to know some other Aspie's.

Are there any other Australian's here? I haven't met any other Aspie's before (well, none that I know of) and it'd be great to get to meet and get to know some of you. =D

I guess this is a good place to start.

What is your first name? Jacob

Age: 19 (20 in March)

Location: Victoria, Australia

Hobbies and Interests: Playing and writing music, video gaming, watching movies/tv shows, I love animals and have a few bearded dragons.

Why are you here? I have Aspergers and would like to make some friends who are like me.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I can't remember exactly, but when I was around 8-10 years old I think.

Favorite subjects: Music

Year/Grade: I just finished an Advanced Diploma in Sound Engineering last year.

Favorite music: I don't really have a favourite, but I listen to everything. I listen to some classical, folk, indie, rock, kpop and even metal for
example.

Books: I'm not much of a reader, but I've recently found my old Hobbit book which I might read through soon.

TV shows/Movies: My current favourite tv shows would have to be: The Bridge, Psych, The Walking Dead, Hannibal, Dr. Who, Sherlock, The
Blacklist, Agents of SHIELD, Prison Break, One Piece, Fairy Tail.
And a few movies: Any superhero movies, Lord Of The Rings, The Hobbit, The Fast And Furious, The Silver Linings
Playbook, Sherlock Holmes, Sunshine.

Instrument: Guitar, bass, piano, a bit of violin and drums.

Do you like sports? Basketball and Rugby.

Family: Mum, dad and 2 younger sisters.

Clothing: I usually where jeans and one of my many band shirts.

Job: I work at an Audio/Lighting production company which mainly does concerts. So I set up stages and help set up bands on stage.

Plans for the future? It'd be great to get a band going again in the future and I'd love to travel to a few places in Europe and Asia
sometime.

If there are any other Australian's out there (or anyone really) that would like to chat, feel free to message me. I live on the Mornington Peninsula if you'd feel like meeting up and get to know each other too. :)

Hi, from a much older Australian Aspie in Sydney.

There are a number of other Australians here.

I'm from Sydney as well.

Sound engineering/setting up for bands sounds like fun. I make acoustic guitars and have yet to make any with pickups/electronics, but it's definitely on my to-do list.

How high off the ground is considered no longer being in Australia? I only ask because I just jumped wicked high! Also other thing + whatsit = stuff. Also yes, as is already indicated under my name so I'll shut my typing fingers!

Hi, from Queensland.

Welcome to the forum.
There are plenty of Aussies here.
