Hi there, I'm EmperorNorton. I am 17 years old (HS Junior) and I am from the SF bay area. I am a huge history buff, with advanced knowledge on many historical topics. Also, I am a huge geography nerd, knowing the capitals of every country in the world, as well as other geographic knowledge. I am also really into music, playing trombone and tuba. I also enjoy airsoft. I have Aspergers, and I feel somewhat out of place and also bound to my interests. I am a Mensa member. I am glad I found this forum, and I look forward to discussing more with you all.

:D Greetings and salutations! I first read about Emperor Norton in the works of Robert Anton Wilson. I can't recall if it was in Illuminatus! or Cosmic Trigger or something later, but I know it was one his books. If only declaring oneself Emperor would work so well for all of us... :?

I don't think it worked out completely for him, as he lived in poverty in a San Francisco boarding house for most of his life, and because people thought he was insane, he was unable to vote. He was still pretty awesome though.
