Good Morning,

Found WP very recently. My 20 year old step-son just moved in with us. He was diagnosed with Aspergers sometime in middle school. He was living with his mother and grandparents. Life being life, the kids are now with us and we have promised him that they will always have a home.

I am new to the whole "mom" thing and very new to living with someone with Aspergers. I have done some homework, trying to figure out the best way to help him, set him up for success and teach him how to be independent, all without getting overly frustrated or angry. I believe that the more I understand, the more I can work with him.

There is a lot to be learned. Thank you.
