Don't know, scary stuff for me, still considering the implications and potential ripples . . .

Best not to take it very seriously. Most people don't remember much beyond what they say themselves. You could be posting for years, and no one will know who you are.

Lol! There may be an element of truth in that Toy Soldier.

Welcome SyAn (whoever you are)!

No Sheldon - never mind, had a lovely time looking through various topics, gave my 2-pennies worth (or not) here and there, it's a great place to be!

Hi, Syan. Greetings from a fellow new recruit!

Replied to your "Questions About You" post as well. You might want to take a look!

No Nana Mouscouri then - I know, she doesn't appear to have too many fans nowadays. I like the fact that she actually sings (rather than yelling), and does it in so many different genres as well as languages.

Does the exclamation mark after ABBA mean that you are particularly fond of them?

PS: Napoleon fan (or the 1915 song:)?

It means that I've always been particularly fond of them (esp Agnetha, needless to say!).

But it also alludes to the fact that I loved them in the late 70s and throughout the 80s, when I got the impression it was seriously "uncool" to do so!

Blimey! Your PS has really stumped me. Could you elaborate?

So it was, and did I care? Definitely not!

Your comment (last item of 'Questions about you') "Not now, Josephine"

PS: Haven't heard 'blimey' in a long time 😊

love is in the here
where can it be found?

leaping every frown
always looking round
Love always glorious beautiful and amazing
imploding and exploding our hearts strings to heaven!

What is love?
What is this lesson?
what is heaven?
How can this lesson be heaved on us without reason?
unless there is love
unless there is heaven
:?:

Now I am confused - was that the answer?

I particularly like this - if only we'd all walk through life with a bottomless bucketful of goodwill that compels us to always assume the best in people . . .

Oh gawd! Perhaps we're both confused.

In the "Questions" thread I just meant I'd used up most of my energy and couldn't think of a lot more to say!

Not particularly a Napoleon fan - bit of a psychopath dontchathink?! ! Don't think I had "Waterloo" in mind when I wrote the Josephine comment. There may have been subconscious ramifications, or there may not!

1915 song - just managed to nail this one (David & Wright? That's a new one on me!). Even Slade get a look-in here, it seems, lol!

This uber-analysis is all very aspie, n'est-ce pas?
