I joined bc I would like to hear from others with it I'm 31 yr old male always new something was wrong and have been aware of aspergers for like 5 years but am just now getting diagnosed and just now learning about it. would like to know if diagnosis helped and what actually does help.

trying to understand it, it's confusing to know the difference of aspergers and personality
