yeah,I guess it's because I learnt English at school, when Native English speaking learnt it when listening to others, and I guess teachers speak a better English in front of their pupils than ordinary people.
In fact, I suspect I'm an Aspie, or somewhat Aspie, because I have "passions" about subjects, and I spend a lot of time learning about them.
Moreover, I'm not very comfortable with others;for example, with my fellow colleagues, not that I don't like them, but outside the job context, I don't fell I share much with them: they talk mostly about people, what they have done, what they are going to do.
I think much more about the subjects (for example classical music) I'm interested in than about other people, including my own family.
Moreover, I don't like very much journeys, because when I want rest and comfort, being in my familiar environment is much more enjoyable.
And something my family can't feel: I have always had my biggest pleasures alone.
Perhaps I'm just a normal guy who has just a different character and I'm looking for an explanation, but at least, in reading the Aspie profile, it helped me to understand myself.
But I feel that books alone can't answers those questions.
