I always wanted to visit the Klingon empire. My visit is almost over. One time I asked my wife if we could do something really exotic,something so non-me. We went to a bingo parlour!

I long wondered what the Klingons did with their lesser peoples? now that you mention this, I now have an idea.

My favourite star trek (original not next generation which is my favourite ) episode is about the Organians.
The Organians are a peaceful people. The federation and the klingons investigate their planet. The klingons massacre millions. Kirk and the Klingons meet at the Organian city hall. The Organians seem unconcerned. Kirk is dismissive of them. However, suddenly the entire federation and the klingon empire is shut down. No weapons work. The Organians say that no Organians were killed and that they too were like the federation and the klingons millions of years previous. And that soon the klingons and feds would be close friends.
Kirk shouts who are you to interfere with our free will. The Oraganians answer, are you trying to justify intergalatic war? Kirk becomes silent and then says, I guess the Oraganians stopped our war. The klingon answered, "Pity it would have been glorious! " I am non klingon like but I love that last klingon quote. In other words, love the fight not its results!
that is sorta like a martial way [Klingon way] of saying "it's the journey, not the destination." any AFAIC any people with "organ" in their name are alright with me
