Hello everyone,

My name is Archibald, but I welcome all of you to call me Archy. It is more affectionate, and it's from that nickname that I came up with Archibald as the first name for my alias. As the quote implies, we are free in our own minds, and that extends widely to the internet. A place where we can all be anonymous (to some degree), and conduct ourselves as we wish. I feel that those of us with ASD can relax here, a little, and truly lose ourselves in fields that we know best. Do you find it easier to communicate online? There are some additional rules and conduct to uphold, but there are no eyes looking at you.

Anyway, it's nice to make your acquaintance.

EDIT: Apparently I'm an Emu egg. Anyone care to explain that one? I know that it's a 'rank' of sorts, which relates to the amount of posts I've contributed, or years I've been a member. But why that name, of all the possible names it could have been?
