Third time here

This is my third time registering at WP. First time I had a decent amount of posts but was largely ignored, so I left. I forgot my information and what email I had used to sign up with so when I came back the second time, I made a new account. I made a total of five posts before I was suddenly banned with no explanation. After some investigating I found out someone didn't like what I had said and had me banned for it. I was confused because my five posts where in no way controversial (answering stuff like "what's your favorite dog breed" and "do you have a cell phone?).

I've decided to come back a third time. I don't know how long it will last though, as I seem to be repellent to most people.

Start a thread about how the brain grows too rapidly for the first 2 years of life, and how that causes autism. Submit Courchesne's work on this. You'll get responses.

I can relate.

One of my posts got deleted when I answered a question from my perspective about how high-functioning autistics approach vacations. Apparently, I'm able to enjoy my vacations more than most so somebody took offense to my post for some reason and deleted it with no explanation.

I like the term Aspien that's been coined in my absence.

And I got an e-mail from Alex Plank inviting me back, so I might as well give it another shot.

You don't sound at all repellent to me, but what Enochian says is true - not many people respond to posts here, it's the nature of the place. It takes time to settle in to most internet forums, and WP is no exception to that. Where it is different is the general level of intelligence of the members and the quality of discussions once they get going; there are some unique and fascinating viewpoints here.

So please stay this time.
