I have an amazing brother named Troy. He is one of the most vibrant people you will ever meet, and he also has autism. Inspired by my brother, I have dedicated my life to assisting individuals with special needs. Troy faced a frustrating lack of options after he graduated high school. I took this opportunity to create Magnus Cards, a free mobile application that blends task analysis with elements of game design. You can collect, share and create digital card decks that break down tasks into smaller and more manageable steps for practicing activities of everyday life like taking the bus or cooking a meal. This tool transforms every environment to become a fun and accessible place of learning. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to develop critical life skills and live with greater independence, confidence and inclusion within the community.
