Hello everyone. I joined this forum a long time ago, but was terribly afraid of posting online, so I didn't use my account much.
Now I'm trying to improve my social skills a little, because I began to feel very lonely lately, and to work on my English (I'm studying to be an English teacher), so I decided to come back.

Welcome to WP. Your language skills seem good to me. I wish my German was as good!

have you ever watched English-language DVDs with the English subtitles turned on? that would help learning the English.

Yeah, I have done that a lot of times, and now I can understand without subtitles in most cases.

good show :thumleft: a lot of people learn by watching the English-language versions of "sesame street" or such. our military's ex-chief of staff [from Poland] learned English from watching john wayne movies because of his stolid diction which made it easier to follow.

Otro compatriota acá, jaja.

And I think the same about watching movies with English audio and English subs.
And when more young I learned a lot playing pokemon yellow (old gameboy color) in english, haha. But I still make mistakes when writing.

bienvenidos al forum (foro?) sinapp! bueno que te recordaste de este lugar?

you'll learn fast being immersed in such an anglophone dominant environment like this. where are you planning to teach?

toon link, eh. enjoyed wind waker (got 100% completion) but can't really say the same about the DS games, first one especially.

(edit: crap, just noticed now this thread was necroed....meh :| )
